N11 Club is a modern cellar club 5 minutes walk from the bottom of
Wenceslas Square. It's a fairly hip place for young Czechs to hang out.
At first glance N11 appears small, but follow the corridors to discover a mix of bars, lounge areas and a good-sized dance floor.
N1 has been totally refurbished in recent years. It is now a bright, clean club with some great lighting, using a variety of colours depending on the room. And it has a decent sound system.
There's plenty of seating too, so order a drink and you'll certainly find a sofa to sink into or a table to chat over.
And one reason the Prague locals like it are the drinks prices, which are good value for the city centre. On offer is a range of Czech and foreign beers on tap, a good selection of wines and a decent spirits and cocktail selection.
On the dance floor music videos or DVD's are often shown on a large projection screen behind the stage.
And as for the music, on Friday and Saturday nights N11 plays mainly Hip-Hop and R&B, making it a good alternative to some of the other more general music clubs in Prague.
