Celeste Restaurant, set on the top floor of the famous
Dancing House building, presents diners with a delightful menu and magnificent views over Prague.
Step out from the lift and you enter a stylish, air-conditioned restaurant, surrounded by windows on three sides. Look out, and Prague Castle, the Vltava River and Charles Bridge all lie before you in panoramic splendour.
The views are lovely both during the day and at night. June to September Celeste also offers the option of dining outside on their rooftop terrace.
The head chef at Celeste hails from France. With great expertise he has designed a first-class, diverse menu of excellent French cuisine.
Celeste offers some lovely fresh fish and seafood, including Dover Sole, Fillet of hake and Grilled Atlantic scallops. Meats range from Leg of lamb to slowly cooked suckling pig. There are also some superb desserts and pungent French cheeses to finish the meal off with.
The restaurant boasts an outstanding range of quality French wines, plus some good European and Czech bottles.
