KOBE Steakhouse in Prague offers a mouth-watering assortment of prime beef, lamb and fresh fish in its modern, comfortable restaurant on Wenceslas Square
Kobe is Prague's premier steakhouse, serving fine cuisine and wines, but equally good beer and cocktails.
All beef is organic and fresh, sourced from the finest South American and Japanese Kobe Wagyu cattle, as well as the best local suppliers. Steak dishes range from Wagyu fillet, prime rib and Aberdeen Angus strip steak to a large juicy burger.
The meat is delicious served lightly seasoned straight from the grill, or you can order it cooked in one of several mixes of spices, something they do rather well.
Other dishes include grilled lamb and fish, such as monkfish, tuna and salmon, and tasty tagliatelle and fresh salads.
KOBE has some fine chefs on board with years of experience in preparing tender, succulent meats. If you're using high quality ingredients, you need a good chef to cook it.
There is a nice selection of wines on offer, mainly international, but there are some good local Czech bottles too.
The service is professional but in a friendly and helpful manner. Staff are rightly proud of the quality of their food, and will happily guide you with your menu and drinks choices. This is certainly not a stuffy restaurant, it's simply just a little special.
There is live Latin Jazz music at weekends, but it's not over-powering. It plays in the background, allowing you to enjoy conversation over your meal.

Kobe is an impressively designed, modern steakhouse where groups are well catered for. It is ideal for corporate dining, but equally good for family gatherings, hen nights, stag parties and other groups. Advance reservations are essential.
