iMucha at Municipal House is an extensive collection of posters and other works of art by the famous Czech painter, illustrator and graphic artist, Alfons Mucha. The collection brings Mucha's works to life with digital technology; models from his posters are shown in motion and Mucha himself speaks from a self-portrait.

Struggle for Liberty & Democracy - Public Holiday
DATES: 17 November 2022
Public holiday. Commemorates the student demonstration against Nazi occupation in 1939, and more famously the mass demonstration that started the Velvet Revolution in 1989.
Prague sightseeing and entertainment operate as normal. Shops have limited opening times.

The 2022 World Cup may be held in Qatar, but Prague is a good city to watch the live TV coverage in. Visitors drawn to the city from around the world on a sightseeing break congregate in the bars and squares to watch their nation's fortunes on the big screen.
Large outdoor screens at the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square show the top games. Alternatively, head for one of the city's sports bars to catch all the action.
