PERFORMANCE DETAILS This remarkable concert is performed by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra in the Dvořák Hall, the main auditorium of the Rudolfinum and one of Prague’s two grand concert halls. The Czech National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO) is one of the leading Czech orchestras and among the busiest symphonic ensembles in Europe. Renowned for its versatility, the CNSO performs a broad programme of events ranging from classical music concerts to the contemporary genre, film scores, jazz and musicals. The CNSO has undertaken successful overseas tours in the UK, France, Spain, Dubai, Japan, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, and have accompanied the most important pop artists of our time, among them Andrea Bocelli, Sting and George Michael. Czech Christmas Mass, which forms part of this performance, was created by the Czech composer Jan Jakub Ryba to be sung by a church choir.
