Pre-order 24 hours ahead
60 day dry-aged beef ribeye on the bone (800g), smoked and grilled to medium. Served with mashed potatoes, grilled seasonal vegetables and bone marrow.

WHOLE RACK OF RIBS - 1285 CZK
A kilo of our apple-honey glazed pork ribs served with jalapeño applesauce, sweet potato fries, coleslaw, pickled veg and biscuits with hot honey butter.

DINOSAUR RIB - 255 CZK/100g
A whole Texas-style beef rib smoked for 12 hours and served on the bone. Price by actual weight (400-600g/portion)
