Time Frame
For bookings made Monday to Saturday, your confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours, usually within just a few hours (even sooner for last minute bookings).

For bookings made after office hours on Saturday and on Sunday, your confirmation will be sent on Monday morning.

Payments will appear as Travel Experience Ltd on your credit card statement.
