The World Cup 2014 may be held far away in Brazil, but Prague is a good city to watch the live television coverage from. Prague draws friendly fans from around the world, who combine a city break with watching their nation's fortunes on the big screen.
Large screens erected at the Old Town Square
and Wenceslas Square
show games of all competing nations. Alternatively, catch the action at one of the city's sports bars on projection screens and plasma TV's, and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat.

Black light theatre is a highly charged mix of dynamic dance, mime, singers, film, and state-of-the-art visual and sound effects.
Marionette theatre features giant puppets dressed in 18th century costumes. Shows are highly visual, so suitable for adults and children of all ages and nationalities. And as with opera and concerts, advance reservations are highly recommended.
