Job Vacancies in the UK
The Prague Experience reservations office is based in Petts Wood, Kent (south London) in the United Kingdom. We run a friendly office with modern computer equipment.
Reservations are handled via the internet, email and telephone.
We have the following vacancies at our UK office:
Reservations Department - full or part time
The applicant: Czech national. Previous experience of working in the Prague travel industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The job: processing reservations for our clients travelling to Prague - booking tickets for sightseeing tours, concerts and theatre performances, making hotel reservations and various administrative tasks.
Skills required: - computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft software - good typing skills - good standard of English, both written and spoken - excellent attention to detail - interest in and passion for the city of Prague.
Salary depends on the experience and skills of the successful applicant.
Accounts & Administrative Assistant
The applicant: Czech national with experience of working in a bookkeeping function. Previous experience of the travel industry (with a tour operator or in a hotel for example) would be an advantage, but is not essential.
The job: to assist with general bookkeeping and other administrative duties. Possibility to assume greater responsibility in the financial administration of the company over time.
Skills required: - computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft software - good standard of English, both written and spoken - excellent attention to detail.
