George & Dragon Pub

The George & Dragon Pub is located right on the Old Town Square, next door to Caffrey's Irish Bar. It boasts some of the biggest coverage of English sports in Prague, showing on two large projection screens and six TVs. You certainly won’t miss any of the action - even when you’re standing at the bar.

The George & Dragon is kitted out in the modern sports bar style and has plenty of atmosphere. This is definitely a British pub, although one or two other nationalities creep in from time to time for a curious look around.

Along with Czech beer on draught, the George & Dragon serves popular lagers from the UK, as well as spirits and cocktails. Drinks in such a prime spot though are naturally quite expensive.

In the summer the George & Dragon sprawls out onto the pavement in front of the bar, allowing you to enjoy a drink whilst watching the world go by, surrounded of course by British flags!

There is live music a few times a week and party tunes on the stereo in between.
