Prague Explorer Walking Tour and Boat Trip

The ultimate full day tour of Prague. This "all-inclusive" trip explores the city's main sights from all perspectives: from the cobbled streets, from high above the city and from the river. It also includes a boat trip and a pub lunch.

Our friendly, knowledgeable guide starts the walking tour from the medieval centre of Prague. We explore the areas around the Old Town Square and the Jewish Quarter, once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe. Along the way we learn of the dramatic history and legends linked to this part of Prague.

Next, we head towards one of Europe’s oldest stone bridges, Charles Bridge, to board a small boat for a one hour river cruise. On board you'll be served a complementary drink and snack, as we sail under the bridge and cross the river.

After the cruise we continue through to the picturesque Lesser Town (Mala Strana) for a visit to St. Nicholas Church, before climbing the "Royal Way" Nerudova Street for a well deserved break at an old Medieval tavern. A traditional Czech lunch, with a good choice of meals and a drink is included in the price of the tour.

After lunch we approach the grandest sight of all, Prague Castle, the largest medieval castle complex in Europe.

As we explore Prague Castle and the magnificent St. Vitus Cathedral within, our guide brings it to life with stories of where kings were crowned and battles were fought. We also get a chance to enjoy spectacular views over the city.

Our tour ends at Prague Castle. As a farewell gift, we present you with a map of Prague and a CD of Prague photos with our compliments.

Your guide will also give you a free voucher for our Haunted Prague walking tour, which runs daily at 9pm. You can use the voucher on any day of your trip (just turn up and show the voucher).

Tip: the boat on this tour is quite small, so explores the winding tributaries of the river. Whereas our regular cruises sail the main river. If you wish to, you can book both this tour and a river cruise and experience totally different things.
