|What personally identifiable information is collected, how is it used, and with whom may it be shared?|
Prague Experience collects information in several ways, from various areas of the website, and by email, post and telephone. Most personal information is gathered when users make an enquiry or book a service by submitting one of our online forms. The more information volunteered by a user (and the more accurate it is), the better we can meet the requirements of the user.
We may also ask customers to complete surveys or provide feedback on services they have undertaken subsequent to using this website, which assists our in-house research.
As a general rule, Prague Experience will not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party organisation not directly connected with the reservation or enquiry process, except under special circumstances such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
Your details will not be passed on to any third party marketing organisation. And if you elect to join our mailing list, we use the information you submit to keep you informed of new developments on our website, and to advise you of offers we feel may be of interest to you. We will send a maximum of one marketing email per month to you.
When you provide personal information to Prague Experience in the course of making an enquiry or booking a service, you are sharing the information with Prague Experience, and where we are not the ultimate supplier of the service, with the supplier of the service, and where payment processing is required, with the financial and technology providers necessary to ensure smooth processing of the transaction.
If data is being collected and/or maintained by any organisation outside of this, you will be notified prior to the time of the data collection or transfer.
The information practices of external websites linked to Prague Experience are not covered by this privacy statement.
