 | Just wanted to thank you all for making our weekend so good. Everything ran very smoothly. The taxi was waiting at the airport to pick us up - a very helpful and polite man - and he was also on time to take us back to the airport. Our guide for the dinner was very helpful and chatty and the performance was just what was wanted... We had our own little room at a nice restaurant (Male Strip Dinner & Show)...The mini bus for the sightseeing tour picked us up on time... we had a very knowledgeable guide...We saw so many places and spent a good hour at the castle looking at everything and then walked to Charles Bridge...All in all we had a wonderful weekend and have vowed we will return as there were so many other places we would have liked to have seen.

| What can I say except the biggest thank you ever for helping make a birthday surprise weekend absolutely fabulous. A last minute booking was dealt with immediately, the hotel was excellent, very polite staff, really good breakfast and very good clean rooms (Beranek Hotel). The extras I requested were perfect too (thanks again). We were near enough to the centre to walk everywhere but far enough away to enjoy the peace too. The river cruise is definitely NOT to be missed, again very well organised...very good selection of food and nice music. The free walking tour was very informative, giving excellent advice...The transfers were prompt and on time and very professional, very good value for money, the drivers spoke very good English and again chatty and polite and funny. It all made for an excellent visit to a beautiful city, we will definitely be back and will definitely recommend and use Prague Experience in future. I really cannot praise the whole package enough.

| We booked the walking tour and dinner cruise through your office. The walking tour was very nice and very reasonable and we were delighted that it included tram tickets to the castle rather than the steep walk there. Our guide was lovely, very friendly, spoke perfect English and was very willing to answer any questions we had... I have saved the best for last - the dinner cruise. It was wonderful. The buffet food had a nice selection for all tastes and was plentiful. The jazz music was great…You had mentioned that it would not be of the same standard as the luxurious boat cruises in Paris and London and I thought that was very well described. We were on a dinner cruise in Paris last July and yes it was wonderful and very different but I have to say that I think I preferred the Prague one although it was only a fraction of the price. Top marks for the dinner cruise - excellent value for money.

| Just got back from our stay in Prague - can't fault anything we booked through yourselves. Airport transfer was faultless both ways, drivers were very polite & friendly. Hotel fabulous and tour although long (my feet hurt!), very informative… Thank you again and we will be back soon.

| Thanks for sorting the transfer out, the driver was waiting for me and made it very easy to get to the hotel. He was very friendly, gave me a quick tour of the local area and gave me tips on what to do and what not to do. My only regret is not booking the hotel through you, the hotel claimed to be
close to the centre but was in Prague 9. Next time I will book the lot through your company.

| I just wanted to let you know how wonderful our Prague break we booked through yourselves was. Right from the
taxi at the airport through to the taxi back everything was great. The hotel (Alton Hotel) was lovely and clean and very central, the walking tour was very informative the young lad was super, we also did the boat trip and Charles Bridge.

| Just returned from Prague and used your airport transfer service. Absolutely faultless service, both drivers polite helpful and very courteous to us as well as being punctual despite a 90 minute delay on our outward flight the driver was there still waiting when we finally did land. Would not hesitate to use this service again if we returned there in
the near future, well worth the cost.

The apartment was great, very spacious, clean and tidy and had all the facilities all 7 of us needed, we were even able to overstay by paying a little extra the day before instead of having to leave at normal check out time, so we all had a lie in, fab time, great food, professional service and ideal location.
