---------------------------------------

Step inside U Maliru's beautiful 16th century building in the heart of the Lesser Town and experience some of the finest French dining that Prague has to offer, in one of its most alluring restaurants.

U Maliru Restaurant, perhaps more than any other restaurant in Prague, has a feeling of the special occasion about it. It is simply charming, enhanced by its location on a quiet square, away from the hustle and bustle, yet yet only a few minutes walk from Charles Bridge.

The food at U Maliru is exquisite, and the preparation innovative, using meats ranging from Roe deer saddle, beef and duck to veal fillets. And for fish, there is local Pikeperch.

Desserts are of course a French speciality, and U Maliru doesn't let you down, with a wide range of choices ranging from a soufflés to chocolate cakes to house specials.

To ensure the cuisine's authenticity, many ingredients are imported from France. There is also an extensive range of fine wines to accompany the food.

U Maliru is a smart, quiet restaurant, wonderfully restored to its former glory. As you enter the restaurant, a smell of freshly cooked fare permeates the air.

Ideal for a romantic meal by candlelight or to celebrate a special occasion with friends.

Highly recommended for fine food in historic surroundings.
