Our Prague Pub Tour is a gentle stroll around some Old Town taverns, to discover the authentic Prague pub culture. Enjoy a few drinks, learn about the local people and life in the Czech Republic, and find out why the Czechs are, per capita, the largest consumers of beer in the world! The tour includes pick up from your hotel by air-conditioned coach to transfer you to the starting point, from where the rest of the trip is on foot.
The tour is led by a friendly local guide, who walks us through the side streets of the Old Town to seek out those hidden away pubs you'll want to return to. Along the way you get to taste three large Czech beers, one in each pub (if you don't like beer, you can opt for soft drinks). Czech beers are famous the world over; brands like Pilsner Urquell, Staropramen and Budvar (Budweiser). So whilst in Prague, drink Czech beer in its freshest state. Beer is deeply ingrained in Czech culture; many important national decisions in history have been made over a glass or two. We'll discuss the life of the Prague people and discover some old Bohemian traditions - no doubt the guide will have an interesting tale or two to tell! The Prague Pub Tour is a great way to wind down after a day's sightseeing, or makes a good start to an evening of festivities. Dinner is not included in the price, but if you wish to sample traditional Czech food a menu is available in one of the pubs (simply tell the guide on the night). Prague Experience sightseeing tours are in English and are led by professional licensed tourist guides. If you require a tour in Spanish (summer only), please specify on the booking form. The trip finishes at the Old Town Square.
This activity is suitable for adults of all ages.
