map showing Praha-Holesovice Railway Station in Prague
Praha-Holesovice Railway Station (Nádraží Praha-Holešovice) is the second most important railway station in Prague.

International trains from the North and West of Czechia often terminate here, such as trains from Berlin and Dresden in Germany.

Whereas Prague Main Railway Station (Praha Hlavni Nadrazi) is located in the city centre, Prague Holesovice is just outside. But it is well served by the Metro and trams.

Its metro station is Nadrazi Holesovice (Line C), 4 stops from Muzeum Metro station at Wenceslas Square.

There is also a tram stop, from where the journey time to both Wenceslas Square and the Old Town is 15 minutes. The Lesser Town is 10 minutes away.

Train Times & Ticket Reservations
Check train times and book tickets at České dráhy (Czech Railways). Information is in English and Czech.

Alternatively, purchase train tickets in advance or on the day of travel from any Prague railway station. Tickets are generally available up to the time of departure.
