Inside Rembrandt - Art Exhibition

To mark the 350th anniversary of the death of the Dutch painter Rembrandt van Rijn, the National Gallery in Prague is hosting an exhibition of his work. His portrait Scholar In His Study is the focal point of the exhibition. Other works have been loaned by major museums and galleries, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, the Koninklijk Museum voor Schone Kunsten in Antwerp, the National Gallery in London and the Albertina in Vienna.

MDA Ride
MDA Ride

The annual MDA Ride takes over Wenceslas Square for the day. Enthusiasts show off their motorcycles and classic cars, riding and driving them through the square. Live bands play from a stage, and there are food and drinks stalls.

Indoor and outdoor festival celebrating over 100 brands of rum from around the world. Join in with rum tastings and workshops, and enjoy specialities of Caribbean cuisine. The vibrant atmosphere is enhanced with Latino music from a live band and a DJ.

Euro 2020 may be held in 12 cities across the European continent, but Prague is a good city to watch the live television coverage in. Prague draws fans from around the world, who combine a city break with watching their nation's fortunes on the big screen.
Huge screens erected at the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square show the top games. Alternatively, catch all the action on a large projection screen at one of the city's sports bars.
