The highlight is undoubtedly the high-quality, grass-fed steaks, expertly prepared by chefs with years of experience in crafting tender, succulent cuts. The menu features: USDA prime beef, including filet, rib eye, striploin, porterhouse and bone-in cuts; Argentinian filet and rib eye; Australian Wagyu filet, rib eye, striploin and tomahawk; and, Japanese Wagyu filet mignon, rib eye and striploin. Plus, a selction of delicious burgers.
All beef can be ordered lightly seasoned straight from the grill or paired with one of the restaurant’s specialty sauces. Side dishes range from French fries and garlic mashed potatoes to sautéed mushrooms and jumbo green asparagus.
